Every year, federal regulations require higher education institutions to disclose the graduation or completion rate of full-time students who enroll in certificate or degree programs. Passed in 1990, the Student Right-to-Know Act gives students helpful information when making decisions about starting a program with a certain college or whether to receive financial aid.
